Europe: Allow up to 2 weeks since the payment has cleared.
Rest of the World: Allow up to 3 weeks since the payment has cleared.

Refunds and Exchanges
In the rare instance that your order arrives damaged, the liability rests completely on delivering service. I do everything I can to ensure that the poster is properly packed, contains all the ordered good, is sealed and carefully handed over to Czech Post Office prior to dispatch. Since handing it over to Czech Post Office I can't anymore affect the condition in which the package arrives. In case of damaged, broken or clearly visible already opened package proceed according to your delivering post office's instructions.
All shipping costs incurred due to non-acceptance are the responsibility of the buyer. Items returned will be refunded only after they arrive back to my studio safely and in the same condition they were sent, less all shipping charges.
Orders that are returned to us due to an incorrect address will not be reshipped until I hear back from you. In this case, the buyer is responsible for paying the second postage cost.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the merchandise within 14 days for an exchange or refund in the form of original payment (except credit card payments). The item returned must be in its original product packaging in salable condition and mailed in an appropriate size shipping box.
